By accessing and using MkookieTech services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
MkookieTech provides IT development services including but not limited to:
- Web application development
- Mobile application development
- Software engineering and consulting
- Cloud architecture and deployment
- Custom software solutions
3. Service Agreement
All projects are subject to a separate service agreement that outlines:
- Scope of work and deliverables
- Project timeline and milestones
- Pricing and payment terms
- Intellectual property rights
- Confidentiality obligations
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement. Generally:
- Deposits may be required before project commencement
- Milestone payments for larger projects

5. Intellectual Property

- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- Not disclose confidential information to third parties
- Use confidential information only for project purposes
- Return or destroy confidential materials upon request
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
MkookieTech warrants that:
- Services will be performed with professional skill and care
- Work will substantially conform to agreed specifications
- We have the right to provide the services offered
However, services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, beyond the warranties stated above.
8. Limitation of Liability
MkookieTech shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Damages exceeding the amount paid for services
- Issues arising from client-provided materials or requirements
9. Project Changes and Cancellation
Project modifications:
- Change requests may affect timeline and cost
- Significant changes require written approval
- Cancellation terms will be outlined in project agreement
- Work completed prior to cancellation is billable
10. Support and Maintenance
Post-launch support:
- Bug fixes during warranty period (if applicable)
- Ongoing maintenance available under separate agreement
- Support response times specified in service agreement
- Additional fees may apply for enhancements
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement:
- For material breach if not cured within 30 days
- By mutual written agreement
- Upon completion of services and payment
- As specified in the project agreement
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
13. Modifications to Terms
MkookieTech reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
